I was serviced in a construction company for 6 and 1/2 years! Then I was resigned for my position due to personal reasons! My employer not willing and responding to settle my final accounts including gratuity!

A.You can send him a legal notice through an advocate regarding the settlement of all the dues and gratuity till date within a specified time.. if still the employer fails to comply with your legal notice then kindly take a legal action against such employer before the competent court of law along with compensation. A.You should send the legal notice to your employer to give the sum as the gratuity. If he still fails to pay then you should approach labor commissioner office. The jurisdiction of labor commissioner office shall depend on the district, in which you were placed I.e. place of your employment.
