How the property will be distributed?
Hindu grandpa's three sons. The eldest son and her wife died childless. And among the remaining two sons, one son has two children and the other son has three children. Later the remaining two sons and theirs wife also died. Now how will the five children get the property of the eldest son?The eldest son's property will first get his two brothers, then their children will get? Or the children will get property directly from the eldest son?

A.If the two brothers were alive then the property would have been divided into two parts. So the brother having two children will share the one part between them... And the other half share of the property will be divided in to equals shares among the three sons of the other brother.

A.Since it's an ancestral property, the property will get divided equally amongst all the sons and thereon amongst the children respectively.
