Sir, my mom had expired on 30 th June 2012,while doing service. After her death we approached the cmo of jhansi and applied for the job.But they refused to give me the job according to my qualifications.I has completed MBA in hr and has also work experience.Yet they didn't give me any job. After that I went to home and tried for the same by sending letters and applications to various officials including honourable CM.After that in 2017 my father condition was worst and he expired. After that a letter regarding the job has sent by the DGM of pariwar kalyan kendra of UP.A copy of letter was sent to my cousin who is staying in UP and enquired about the same to DGM.Then he is telling that as I am highly qualified I am not able to do the service. And they will give the service of a peon.Sir these are the whole happenings.

they are correct as your qualification is too high for a peon job. what I suggest you can try your luck by filing a writ petition in high court for a direction to accommodate you in any other suitable post.
