What action should I take against MRI centre?
In September 2017 I was diagnosed with brain tumor and I had 4 tumor in MRI.They were removed after surgery. On December 13 after surgery another MRI was done and 4 more tumors were shown(in different position than before).Doctor said they are different tumors from MRI and it's MRI centre's fault, but they said they grew after surgery which is not possible (size is 20mm).Doctor advised me to go for MRI in July 2018.in July I went to centre and they told me to bring my previous reports, then they lost my written report of December's MRI.So now when I asked for a copy of my December copy, they said they don't have my reports in their database.
I am now suspicious that they realized it's their fault and asked me to bring my FILM of MRI ,I am afraid that they may change it and give me a fake copy.
Should I report it to consumer court or no?

You should preserve old reports. You must recheck with another lab in the first instance for accuracy. Now you should go to another lab for accuracy of reports of old film and elicit the old report from old film. Have copy of old film before submission to consumer forum or to any person. You have cause of action to file a case before consumer forum. But you should see the trend of labs up to how many years your reports will be kept in safe custody for reproduction. Generally lab reports contain specific direction underneath of report that you should recheck the accuracy of report with another lab report. Take expert advice of expert advocates to proceed.
