Sir Sir

I was a service provider for Indian MNC consumer durable company
I had to receive a pay cheque of Rs 2.30 Lakhs and now the company is not clearing me the commission cheque from past more than a year am still e- communicating as well as mobile communicating with them to release my payment they are still prolonging this issue as their main Accountant is on leave or not available.
How ever am not holding any thing in written from them any contract or agreement
But my mails to them and the company given TDS certificates and mail communication is there with me stored in my mail box.
I want to know from you is there any helping source available to approach legally if they deny me my payment.
If their then what time can this matter be escalated to.
