PLEASE LET ME KNOW AT THE TIME OF JOINING MY COMPANY TOLD ME ABOUT TO TAKE THE REPONSIBILITY OF
EXPORT IMPORT NOW THEY HAVE CHANGE THEIR INTERNAL DECISION BECAUSE OF LOA AND REPORTING AUTHORITY
AND THEY ARE DOING THE POLITICS AGAINST MY JOB ROLE TO FORCE ME INTERNALLY AND CHANGED MY LOA AND
KRA KPI FORCEFULLY AS PER THEIR COMPANY POLICY THOUGH IT IS POLITICS OF AGM AND CFO. THE WORKING
AREA FORCED MY IT IS OUT OF MY KNOWLEDGE AND IT IS NOT GIVEN AT THE TIME OF JOINING.
MAY I PROTEST THE TO THE MANAGEMENT ? OR IF THEY FORCE ME TO DO THIS MAY I DENY IT ?
IF I DENY AND RESING AT THE TIME OF REGIGNATION CAN MY COMPANY CLAIM AND REMARKS ON ME ANY LEGAL OR OBJECTIONAL THING TO MY RELEASE LETTER ?
A.Sir if you deny your company cannot claim and remark you on any legal or object on any thing on your release letter.
