Service matter - I am working in railway

I am working in railway as a electrical technician and we have to go along with train for electrical failure from source station to destination and return back to source station .so it takes a week for us to complete our duty.during escorting we have been not provided a single seat by railways.we have write letters to officials and even rail minister but no resolution comes.so can i file a case.like how can a person do continuous duty for a week without seating.
A.Dear client, in my humble suggestion, even after repeated writing of letters, there is no response, you can approach the Court in order to resolve his issue.
