Change in date of birth in 10th, 12th and college certificates

My birth certificate and passport has date of birth 06-07-1999 and all other documents has 06-07-2000.
Is it possible to change date of birth in all educational documents. What is the procedure to change and how much days it takes?
A.Dear client, in my humble suggestion, there is a procedure to do so, however, it is a very long and cumbersome process.
