Demolition of soak pit constructed by our own

In our area no drainage system? So with permission of corporation i constructed soak pit on the road near my house. But now neighbour complained to corporation office and demolished. What to do? Whom to complain?

A.You may file a writ petition before the honble high court against the action of the corporation and seek for order granting new installation of soak pit at the exact position which it may be suitable..

Two things to note here. You have mentioned that you constructed the soak pit ON THE ROAD. If that be be the case then you are not supposed to do so on the public land. Second part is how the corporation has given permission to construct a pit on the road? If they have inspected the place and then gave the permission then you have not committed any wrong. So, you should go and meet again the corporation for the same.

Kindly note that as you had gotten permission from the corporation the pit could not be demolished without prior notice. You can complain against the corporation for destruction of property.
