Deniel of Variable pay
Hi ,
I worked in an organisation for 13.5 yrs and got relieved in good terms.
We had variable pay for period July'21 to June'22.
I left the organisation on 15 July and served notice period from 18th May 2022 onwards.
And we do not have any policy on denying Variable Pay it Employees serving Notice period.
And i was informed onthe same while leaving too.
Company denied paying me the Variable Pay,which was paid out to all employees with July month salary.
A.Dear Client
You need to send your previous employer a legal notice seeking the variable payout and if they do not do that then you can also file a case in civil court if the amount is substantial.
