You can apply for anticipatory bail either in Sessions Court or the High Court as per your choice and your lawyer's comfort. For applying to anticipatory bail you need to file an application along with the copy of the FIR. Once the application is filed the court will seek the case diary from the police station before granting the bail.

A.Any person who has reason to believe that he may be arrested on an accusation of having committed a non-bailable offence can apply for anticipatory bail. When a person has a reason to believe that he may be arrested for accusation of having committed an offence which is non-bailable in nature, he may apply to High Court or Court of Sessions for direction to the investigating agency, that in the event of arrest he shall be released on bail.
Section 438 of CrPC contains express provisions for grant of Anticipatory bail.
1. Contact a lawyer to apply for pre-arrest notice/notice bail, and anticipatory bail.
2. Get the lawyer to draft an anticipatory bail by explaining him the facts
3. Apply at the appropriate district court or high court
4. Hearing of the Bail Application
