Petition to increase or remove attempt cap from JEE when there is no age limit Petition to increase or remove attempt cap from JEE when there is no age limit

Respected Sir/Madam Eligibility criteria for JEE EXAM is No age limit. & 3 ( 12 appearing & next 2 yrs) of consecutive attempt limit where 99% of JEE Aspirants are of age 16-19 thus if they get into IIT ,can complete ENGG course at IIT at age 23yrs whereas Indian Engineering Service, IAS, PCS STATE govt job etc have age limit 32 -38. Thus it seems unreasonable & arbitrary to debar students at age of 23, also previous age limit for Gen was 25 n more for SC/ST/OBC. If a students take coaching for JEE for 2 yrs after 10 without taking admission to class 11. and then after 2 yrs of drop he take admission to class's 11 and 12 and appear for JEE. Thus he can deceive & secure JEE. Thus can i put PETITION citing cause i.e NO Age & 3 YRS OF CONSECUTIVE ATTEMPT IS IRRATIONAL & to increase attempt limit. Will court give such direction since attempt limit criteria is arbitrary, irrational & can be malafide. So pls advise on the validity of the ground of petition. Thank you

The Indian legal system does not bar someone from filing a case or writ petition as in your case here when there is sufficient ground to show to the court that someone is aggrieved due to such rule (age bar rule in this case). Just because one thinks it is not a good rule will not be good enough to file case. The case must be supported by cogent reasoning that why such rule should be challenged in court of law.
One can not approach the court with arbitrary reasoning for the case. Try to build the case with all logical and proper reasoning the court will be bound to pay attention to your case.
