I HAVE RECEIVED MY BOOKS FROM PUNE WHICH WAS SENT BY RAILWAY TO DELHI .I HAVE SUFFERED A LOSS ,AS IN MY BOOKS ARE WET AND EVEN SOME BOOKS ARE IN WORST CONDITION BECAUSE OF THEIR CARELESSNESS ABOUT MY PROPERTY.I NEED COMPENSATION PLZ LET ME KNOW THE PROCEDURE.

A.Straightway file a consumer case and seek compensation and damages from the railways. If they have faultered in delivering the services and have caused loss to you and you property due to deficient services then they must be made to pay via proper proceedings at the competent court.

A.send a legal notice to the Railways concerned and thereafter you can file a case against raileeay in railway tribunal for loos. For details, pl. contact some advocate through vidhikarya.com
