सर अगर कोई प्रतिवादी व्यक्ति या संस्था कोर्ट का आदेश नहीं मान रहा या फिर मानने में देरी कर रहा तो मैं कितने दिनों के बाद कोर्ट के अवमानना का केस कर सकता हूं.

A.Dear Client,
To initiate proceedings for Contempt, the Limitation is 1 year from the date the contempt is alleged to have been committed and this is as per section 20 of Contempt of Courts Act,1971.

A.Kindly check the date of final order and decree... According to the time limit specified in the said order, once the time limit expires then you are free to file an execution suit for contempt of court.

A.Dear Sir,
Within one year of such contempt you can lodge a contempt of Court case. You may get issue a legal notice before proceeding for contempt proceedings.

A.Dear Client
Contempt of court should be filed within one year from the act of contempt. To your question that when to file after the order has been passed it is suggested that the order should have the time within which the other side is supposed to comply. Once that time period is over then it is contempt of court.
