Which law can take action against a girl who cheats in love..Nowadays girls cheat many people in the name of love..Because of which boys come in depression and commit suicide.. or come in frustration and commit some crime...The biggest reason for more crime in love affair is cheating in love.....Like if a boy cheats a girl by falling in the trap of love, then the girl can complain to the police...Similarly, if a girl cheats a boy in the name of love, then the boy should also have the right to file a police case..But boys cannot harm girls, so there are crimes like rape, murder, acid attack..And the girls take the wrong advantage of the police..what is this law...

A.Dear client,
You or the law cannot force a woman to continue the relationship with a guy. She is free with her orientation to be with anyone. If you push her, she might file molestation/rape/blackmail etc charges against you. So please be careful.

But,
You can file a case on her under section 415 of IPC.
If you have the evidence, submit them to the concerned Police Station where the case is filed. If the girl is found guilty of Cheating, then the court will only be able to order with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both. There is no guarantee of you getting a compensation for the ordeal.

Do also keep in mind Section 415 of the IPC is a criminal offence, so this will be a criminal case against her.

Section 415. Cheating.— When a person, fraudulently or dishonestly induces another person to do something which he would not do otherwise, and such an act causes or is likely to cause damage or harm to that person in body, mind, reputation or property.
