Mujhe ek jankari chahiey thi
Mene jab kisi ki bail karwai thi to us time per security ke lie 50K ki FD jama ki gai thi lekin ab wo FD ki date khatam ho chuki hai or bank se NEW FD karwai hai lekin me court me kaise use update karu kyuki dono FD ke number to change hog gae hai
Mujhe please is ka process bataiey
or kya mujhe is se koi problem ho sakti hai future me ?

When you give security for a bail and that amount is kept in bank or postal office as deposit then the deposit slip/passbook/FD receipt are kept with the court and not with you. You can not change the FD without the courts permission.
In case of FD it automatically renews keeping the same FD number.
