Bank not responding to the court order. Bank not responding to the court order.

Dear sir,
I am a victim of cyber crime and was cheated of ₹27500/- by people who hold accounts from ICICI bank.
An FIR was filed in cyber crime dept, Yelahanka, Bangalore in the same regard. After that a court order is also issued to release the fund from the Frozen account.
The cyber crime police dept telling that, they have already e-mailed court order to bank. Initially the email id of branch manager was not correct. Later i provided the correct email id of mgr after contacting local branch and gave it to police.
I tried to contact the manager through WhatsApp and mail also. Manager is saying he will check and never responds.
Police are saying, they cant do anything if bank dont transfer the money as they have done their part.
Can you please give some suggestions about the options i have.

Anik

A.Dear client,
You can file a complaint before the Banking Ombudsman if the reply is not received from the bank within a period of one month after the bank concerned has received one's complaint, or the bank rejects the complaint, or if the you are not satisfied with the reply given by the bank.
