I ordered a Nikon Z50 on amazon at a price of 87400 and it was scheduled to be delivered on 19 th october but I was notified after delivery date that your order has been cancelled and could not be delivered due to damage , I talked to customer care that they would delivery me my product in two to three days , but after that there was no response from them ,I again talked to the customer care they ensured me the refund and ensured me to reorder the same product at the previous price as the price was increased . Now the price of product is 93500 maybe still no response from them .
The product was on 7 days return policy .I wanted the product not refund .please help me

Please contact the Amazon Customer Care, and ask them to replace the product and send it to you and clearly reiterate that you do not wish for a refund but a replacement. If that doesn't work out trying waiting for the discount again as proceeding legally for this matter seems trivial and unnecessary. If you still wish to proceed legally please contact a lawyer near you and file a complaint in your nearby consumer court.
