Agreement was prepared for divide of a land between my father and my elder uncle in year 2012 , which endorsed by two witnesses, I know this matter few days ago, when construction of house stated by other parties, I m physically handicapped by all four limbs. May I cancel that agreement of divide land

A.Dear Client,

If your father who was the owner of the property and has agreed to a partition deed with his elder brother, then the deed is valid as it is has been consensually made.
