Release of rights in ancestral property

I have an ancestral land @1500 sq. meter at Chiplun, Dist Ratnagiri. Names of self, 1 brother & thre sisters were recorded on the 7/12 after death of my father. My two sisters have expired. Now my brother, the surviving sister, & legal heirs of my deceased sisters want to release their rights in my name. What is the procedure I will have to follow. The Property is at Chiplun , Dist- ratnagiri
