Pan issue

Sir income tax department issued same pan no to 2 persons after complaining they cancelled other person PAN Card details and same no is now with me.the other person has taken loan against the same pan no and he is a defaulter now all those loans are showing in my cibil reports and cibil.com is not changing it’s they are saying that until those banks or NBFC not sending change report they won’t help me.I have facing this issue for last one year and due to low cibil score I am not getting any loan from any bank and I am not at fault what should I do
A.Dear client,
The Directorate of Income Tax formulated a policy and the same was issued vide AIS Instruction No. 82 dated 21.06.2013 which stated that “the person who has been allotted PAN earlier in time will be the actual owner of that PAN and the same will be retained by him and the person who has been inadvertently allotted the same PAN later in time, will have to obtain a new PAN by surrendering his wrongly allotted PAN”.
You need to mail and raise an issue with the It department and let them know that you are facing this issue. You might not get the relief immediately, but they will resolve by separating your number.
