Hi,
I have filed divorce from my end and my husband is working in qatar and earring much more than me
Do i need to pay the litigation charges(flight tickets) for him??

A.There is no need to pay any amount to your husband as litigation cost of any kind rather you have legal right to get litigation cost to him in said legal proceedings which is permissible under law

Normally the Courts do not burden the wife to pay flight charges to the husband to attend the cases. However if such order is passed you may approach High Court.

A.No, your husband should bear all expenses for attending the court, better to consult a family matter lawyer from the panel of Vidhikarya for protecting your interest.
