My grandfather make a will on 2009 for him 2 son and then in 2015 my grandfather make again will of same property mentioned in 1 St will to another son. Now which wills is valid.

As per the norms the latest will is valid and it overwrites all the previous will so the will made in 2015 will override the will made in 2009.

A.Dear client,
Usually a newer will negates any older ones, so the latest one is the valid one. The court will validate the latest will unless it can be proved it was created improperly, fraudulently, unknowingly, or unwillingly. So, the will made in 2015 will be valid.
