A.Dear client,
You need to have an efficient lawyer who can help you get back your money without further delays as it's already been 5 years. You can file an early hearing application and it can can be moved to the higher Court to dispose of the case within a certain time limit. The higher Court can give directions to the subordinate Court to dispose of the case in a quick manner, and it can even give a certain time limit to conclude the case. The application should clearly state what can be the reason for the delay, and it should request the Court to give directions for a fast and early judicial order.

A.Dear Sir,

In Civil Court getting Judgment is every big problem. Go to High Court and file a writ petition and get early disposal direction to the trial court.
