Caste certificate

I belong to lambadi community in Telangana and I am an ST here. My fiance is also lambadi but from Maharashtra. She is not a ST in that state. She is VJ there. How will caste certificate work after marriage . She will move to Telangana after marriage. Will she get a ST certificate here? How long will it take? What are the rules? Thanks.

A.dear client kindly consult with an experienced lawyer for this case. because she is VJ in maharashtra by birth. and try to convert her caste from VJ to ST . but as per my opinion she will not recieved any reservation benefits after conversion.kindly consult.
