Hello sir
I am getting the ews certificate from last 3 years since 2019 ... my mom and dad's salery doesn't exceed 8 lakhs, and we don't have House of 1000sq.ft.
Sir The issue is ... My mom has 2 brother and 1 elder sister....Sister was working in BSNL n she was unmarried , in 2021 she died due to cancer and her Death Gratituty , NPS and in all the Schemes she had put the nomination of my Mom... later my mom claimed and Distributed it in 3 part and Distributed the 2 Part with her 2 brother and Kept 1 Part herself ... the claim amount is More then 8 lakhs... the issue is now will the death Gratituty money of her sister and which she has claimed From BSNL, will it be counted As her income? And Will it effect the EWS criteria Of Income above 8 lakhs? As Mom n dad's Income will be counted As my income too...
I wanted to know Whether the death gratituty claim will effect my Income of EWS criteria?

Death Gratuity does not effect your family income of EWS Criteria. You are unnecessarily complicating the matter yourself. Please take some advise from local advocate.
