Violence - My husband and his family mentally tortured
1 year ago
My husband and his family mentally tortured me completely for more than a year regarding dowry and last 2months they did physical violence too.
after that day I gave a normal complaint to police station and I told also am interested to live with him.But he refused to live with and told me he has filed for divorce.am waiting for one month still I didn't receive any notice and he blocked my NUMBER
I told him to return my home appliance and dresses but they threatened me to put sign for mutual divorce.
How can I get my home appliance?
A.Dear client,
If he has filed for divorce, you should have received the notice by now. you better go and talk to him in person and ask him about the situation. Ask your Investigating Officer to put pressure on them to return your belongings to you or else you can file criminal complaint in the court to get those materials things from the in laws.
