How can I send a legal notice without showing my identity to my employer regarding not paying minimum wages last 2 year.

You cannot send a legal notice anonymously since you will be the witness in case of non-reply to the legal notice. But you should talk to him about not paying minimum wages and let him know that you are aware of the law. He cannot hide away from not paying minimum wages if he has employed over 20 employees.

If you are not being paid the minimum wages then you will have to ask for it and as a legal right you can ask for it. If you send the legal notice anonymously then they might not take any action on the letter/notice
