Seeking declaration for second marriage as null and void

Can declaration for second marriage as null and void only be filed during the Life time of the spouse or even after his/her death? Kindly recommend latest ruling
If your spouse has died, and you have not remarried, then you are considered unmarried. It may seem odd and you may still consider yourself as married. However, in the eyes of the law, your marriage ended when your spouse died.
A voidable marriage is a marriage that can be annulled by one party if both spouses are still alive. Courts will generally not cancel these types of marriages after one spouse dies.

Sir, husband died now first which was legally wedded with the deceased husband and to be the second wife and her two illegitimate children. First wife is simple by nature and 2nd is wanton and clever she get the death certificate issued and getting Vidhwa pension, ration...etc whereas first is bereft from vidhwa pension and 2nd wife get her name and her children's name entered in revenue record and claiming her share
What do you mean by second marriage? is it legal or illegal second marriage. If it is illegal then it is itself not valid and there is no requirement to declare that as anything. If valid then you cannot declare that as null and void.

Namaskar sir, second marriage was/is illegal. , husband died now first wife which was legally wedded with the deceased husband and to be the second wife and her two illegitimate sons. First wife is simple by nature and childless and 2nd is wanton and clever she get the death certificate issued and getting Vidhwa pension, ration...etc whereas first wife is bereft from vidhwa pension and 2nd wife also get her name and her children's name entered in revenue record and claiming her share in the property. What further should be done and let me know share of first wife.
