A Hindu male dies intestate and leaving behind his legally wedded wife and one illegally wedded wife. The illegally wedded second wife is sharp and claver get death certificate issued in her name as wife of the deceased person and availing the benefits of vidhwa pension, ration card, whereas the legally wedded wife is bereft of all these. Now, what has to be done and what are remedies for first wife pls recommend

A.Dear Client,
First of all file a FIR in the nearest police station for the fraud and then complaint or send a legal notice against the organization.

A.Dear Client
There are two things that needs to be done
1. File a police complain for the fraud that has been committed by the second wife by getting the death certificate issued in her name.
2. Lodge a complaint with the place where he was working or organization which is paying the pension.
