If kid was born in different country, father is indian citizen, mother is foreigner. Parents r not married, can kid get oci in india?

Information. All OCI applications will be submitted online along with the requisite documents (self-attested), photograph and signature (in the case of minors who cannot sign, left hand thumb impression (for boys) and right-hand thumb impression (for girls).
OCI card holder who is 20 years of age or younger, OCI card must be renewed each time a new passport is issued. OCI card holder who is 21 to 49 years of age, it is not mandatory to renew OCI card each time a new passport is obtained
