Made an order through Zomato

I made an order through Zomato and the total bill after applicable tax was Rs. 168 but after placing order the screen went blank and asked me to try the payment again. Please note there was only two options 1) to try again with the same payment method 2) to try again with a different payment method and nothing else. So after doing the payment again (it was through ola postpaid so there was no Otp involved) i got an sms stating the payment charged was Ra. 268. When complained to zomato about this they did not take any action. Can I go forward with a consumer complaint? Or what can I do. Zomato has been cheating us for so long now.

You can ask zomato for refund through mail then if not you can send a legal notice to the company. Or you can file a partition in the consumer court.
