Disclosure of employment status after leaving company Disclosure of employment status after leaving company

I have served full 3 month notice period. But still my employer has not informed my clients about my resignation and seperation.
What if I put social media post about my seperation from this organisation and my client get to know about it?

Will there be any implication on me?

A.Dear Client,
As the clients belong to the organisation therefore the organisation has to let know about the employer to the clients. And if you want to let your clients now, then you might ask your organisation to let the client know.
