Suddenly from 1st week of September onwards without any prior notice I was told not to come to office and take part in office activities without giving me any proper justification, was told to look for other jobs and all of this was done in a verbal manner without any written documentation and opportunity. It has been 2 months..neither my team or HR is doing anythng regarding this..What should i do??
A.Dear Client
You should consult HR of the company once again. Also, you can send them a legal notice under employment contract through legal procedures.
