Action against society members
Hi,
I have a flat at ground floor and society member constructed the toilet attached to my bedroom wall which damage my bedroom wall due to water leakage . I would like to know what action I need to take against such illegal act.
What are my right against such act?
A.Dear Client
If the construction is not as per the sanctioned plan then this should be considered as illegal construction and moreover since the toilet is common to the society hence any damage due to it should be taken care by the society.
