- in this case 2 time decission coming on 2013 and 2018 and on last 2020 decision pending because Ramesh Chand appeal on high court

My mother, sister and me are LR of Krishan dutt

Ramesh Chand (taya) LR of my grandfather

Sale deed available and 1994 map availble

how to take possesion from Raj kumar and ramesh chand?

- go for stay/injuction or file suit for partition

A.Hi client,

You need to contact an advocate and all your case records, orders , judgements e.t.c are to be studied thoroughly. If the advocate deems fit he might challenge the case in the upper hierarchy .

A.Dear Sir,
You may file Execution Petition if the decree is passed in your favour finally otherwise you have to file injunction order after taking possession.
