A.Dear Sir,
You have to file a cheating case in Police Station and also go to Consumer Court claiming huge compensation. The builder cannot play with the law and Hon’ble Courts.

A.Hello Client,

You can send the legal notice via mail to him, it will be considered as proof that you have sent a legal notice to him and he is aware of the same, even after that if he does not reciprocate to your legal notice within 30 days, you may file a complaint case against him in the consumer forum.

Thanks & Regards

A.Dear Client,
In case your builder is not responding to legal notices, there are three options available at your hand-

1. You can file a cheating complaint against the said builder before the jurisdictional police station or you can file a Private complaint also against the said builder.

2. In case if you want to recover the amount that you paid to him, You can file a case against him for recovery before the Civil Court.

3. You can also file a complaint against him before the Consumer case claiming damages on the ground of deficiency in Service .

A.Hi client,
In that case you can send via other mediums like emails, watsaap etc. You can deliver the same hand to hand in his office. After all these are done, you can file a suit.

Thank You
