If the punishment is more than 3 years then the police arrests the accused from the police station itself. The next day the police take the accused to the court where the boy shows proof of his innocence..But the court does not accept the evidence and sends it to jail..The accused does not have money to buy the ball..In such a situation, how can the accused get bail?Because the accused does not have the money to get bail..So will the accused remain in jail till the decision of the case comes?Or the law helps the accused to get bail...Please explain details..
