In most cases the accused gets a bail after a period of 90 days however, it is at the discretionary of court.
The cost depends and for that you will need to contact an advocate.

A.Hello Client,
If an accused already stayed for a period of minimum 90 days then the accused person may seek permission to grant regular bail, in most of the cases, the accused person is realised on bail. the cost depends on the graveness of the complaint lodged against him and the order passed by the Judge.
Thanks & Regards

A.Hi client,
It is a cognizable offence but a non bailable offence. Once the period of 90 days under the police custody is over, the accused person automatically is granted bail.
It is also the discretionary power of the court depending upon the circumstance or the crime of the accused. In most of the cases the bail is granted after 90 days of the said police custody.
Thanks and Regards
