My ex boyfriend is after me for marriage, doesn't want to marry him. 2 years ago he forcefully asked me for nude photo in whatsapp. Which I had given him under compulsion. But I have no proof of this. Whose complaint was lodged in the police station but the policeman left him with a warning. Now he reached the SP office and now when the girl is not married, I commit suicide. Will do it. And told me that characterless girl. That boy is either mad for me or has gone into depression.. Show me the legal way..what legal action should i take

A.You must intimate all the incidents to the local police authority and office of the police commissionerate with the help of an advocate so that you can maintain safety and stay harass free. Even if the guy commits anything wrongful then also you will be safeguarded.
