MY sister in law and mother in law harras a lot for work

I have a baby girl of around 10 months..when my sister in law comes to my home..she always harras me for work..that why i am sitting with my daughter, why i am talking to my parents..she always has a problem when i talk to my parents on phone call..
She always used to harras me for house work like kitchen work, dusting, or any housework..
Although she knows everything that i have child of 10 months..she is very smll and she is very difficult to handle by only me..becauze i have only 3 members in my house..MY HUSBAND, MY MOTHER IN LAW AND MYSELF..
so, its not always easy to work always on kitchen..
she treats me as her servant like..BHABHI PLEASE DO MY WORK..BHABHI PLS DO THAT WORK..LIKE THIS..
SHE ALWAYS HARRAS ME MENTALLY, EMOTIONALLY WHENEVER SHE COMES..
My husband never support me and also my mother in law not in a favor of me.
NEVER..

You may file domestic violence case staying along with your husband and seek all are any of the following reliefs.

PRAYER
HENCE THE APPLICANT HUMBLY PRAYS
A) to take cognizance for the offence punishable u/s 498A IPC and punish Respondent No.1 to 3 as per law and extend police protection to the deponent,
B) Pass orders u/s 19, based upon S.17, granting separate residence for herself and her three children at a monthly rent of Rs. 20,000/- and advance of Rs. 5,00,000/-.
C) Pass orders u/s 18, in totality against Respondent No.1 to 3,
D) Pass orders u/s 20(i) granting Rs.25,000/- per month as maintenance for applicant and maintenance at the rate of Rs. 5,000/- each per month to her three children.
E) Pass orders granting Rs. 5,00,000/- for setting up house hold requirements, in granted residence, to make it livable, as the applicant cannot return to the house of Respondent No.1 as he is residing in the house of respondent No. 3, which is legally prohibited,
F) Pass orders granting litigation expenses of Rs.1,00,000/- as the applicant made to wander from pillar to post for getting legal aid to attend the Hon’ble Court, whereas, the Respondent No.1 falsely filed Divorce Petition.
G) The applicant also filed interim application supported by affidavit u/s 23(1) and (2) of D.V.Act,
H) That any other order/s, this Hon’ble Court deems fit, to meet the ends of justice, be passed.

sir..this is the 4th i m facing this problem..i told her many times very calmly but she always agressive with me..she controlled my husband also..and my main disadvantage is no1 is in favor of me..even not my husband and my mother in law..they always support her only.. I am.facing mentally and emotional torture by her....
she demands money from my husband before and after marraige also..she controlled my husband alot..She never even like that husband sit with me..
Please tell m legal advice..i want to take legal action against her..
please tell me honestly..i am really going to depression from.these happening things..

Case can be booked; there is no doubt about that. But, that is not the solution.Please do write more about the sister in law and if she is married about her family including her education, present activity.After getting the complete information I will be in a better position to advice.

Thanks for part information.
Is your sister in law( sister of your husband) living with you?Yes or No.
If the answer is yes, then is she living alone or with her husband?
Before you file the Case, I would rather appreciate if you can kindly bring this matter to the Notice of your husband as well as in laws( father in law and Mother in Law).You also bring this to the notice of your Parents.Let your Parents talk to your inlaws.I think this can be sorted out amicably.Supposing this does not happen,
Step 1. File a Case of Domestic Violence
Step 2.As soon as case is filed they may turn hostile and your life may be in danger.So please do enough care and caution for your safety with the knowledge of your parents.

Hope there must be Court in Rudrapur. Which one is closer to you..Delhi or Dehradoon?
One local Advocate would would be probably better.So try to get one through Vidhikarya.com.
Sending legal Notice would be somewhere around 625 to 650 which includes listening your story, preparation of Plaint,typing and sending it by SPEED POST.This is just the start. After that the opposite Part will file their written statement and it will continue with witnesses and final judgment.Every Court date you have spend some amount of money. Are you a working woman? From where will you get money?These are the questions which you need to think.
