498a against my in laws
I filed 498a on my husband and his family because they demanded dowry from me and when I refused he sent me to my maternal house and now wants a divorce. He got anticipatory bail because I said I still want to live with him so court has ordered him to appear in police stn on every Saturday until the chargesheet is filed. I want to know if he still did not appear in police stn amid court order what is the action against him and people who are in the case. Also what amount of bribe a police officer will demand from them for fake attendence?
A.Dear Client
