Relieving/experience letter issuance Relieving/experience letter issuance

I worked in a co. for 4 months, in 3rd month i resigned from the co. because i got selected in TCS. I was in probation period so i served one month notice period as per the offer letter but my HR forcing me to serve one more month as a notice period, she also stated if you want smooth exit you have to serve till particular date. I denied everything because it will be not possible for me to work after certain date. During last day of my notice period i mailed HR about full & final formalities but she said we have not accepted your resignation, you have to work till 30th Nov. During TCS onboarding my joining postponed because i don’t have proper relieving/experience letter. Now my last organisation denied to release any kind of documents because I didn’t serve the notice period as per their wish. My one month & 8 days' notice period was goes into vain & now my joining is in hold only because of one document. Could you please suggest me what to do in this case, my job offer will be rejected after this month.

A.Dear Client
No relevant authority may compel you to carry out additional duties beyond those outlined in the offer letter the relevant firm gave you. Please file a complaint with the senior authority of the relevant firm if she still insists on forcing you.
Hope it helps
