Need info - I am tenant living in 1rk
I am tenant living in 1rk, when I shifted in 1rk, it was not painted, and while I am about to leave the owner is demanding painting charges from me, and I have signed the agreement where it is written that he can deduct painting charges while leaving, although I have taken a video which clearly shows the condition of walls when I moved in. So I just want to know is there anyway I can stop owner from deducting the painting charges?
A.Dear Client
You don't need to pay him the same as it was not stipulated earlier.
You can legally challenge him if he persists on the same.
Hope it helps
