I used to work with a company for 5+ years, but company not giving me gratuity fund.

According to Gratuity Payment Rules 2022, If a company be it private or public employs 10 or more person, it is legally bound to pay the gratuity fund.
If the above condition is fulfilled, you should send a legal demand notice to the company for gratuity.
