Deducting money from our salary
Sir, we are working in a private company(started 2years back) in tirunelveli. when a situation comes to pay for local panchayat union (they skipped for a long time) compulsory, our contract owner decided to pay them with our salary by deducting 200rs per head for every month, they don't even get our permission for that. we are "Others contract", our salary is just 10000 to 12000, we don'teven get any incentives or extra payments. I have only one question is that right what my company is doing?
A.Dear Sir,
Hire and fire is the formula being used by contract employers. If you raise your voice individually then you may lose your job. Better ask your employees union members to protest such deductions.

A.Hello Client,
You need to check the contract to have a better understanding of the issue. if it is not mentioned that they can deduct the money then you may have a conversation with the contract owner first. also need to be aware of the land laws over there. You may send them a legal notice afterwards and if needed then you may also file a suit against them in labour Court.
Thanks & Regards

A.Hi client,
In that case, the conditions of the contract that you have signed in has to be checked. There are certain land laws which also have to be checked. You can once mail or contact your authorities. If no such conditions exist, you can make a joint application to the concerned department.
Thanks and Regards

A.Dear Client
It is not right what your company is doing. You should challenge the arbitrary deduction of salary by rs. 200-/ without your permission. You can also legally challenge this in labour or civil suit.
Hope it helps
