मैं रेलवे कोआपरेटिव बैंक में लोन गारंटर हूं बोरोवर की मृत्यु के बाद उसकी पत्नी अनुकंपा पर नौकरी कर रही है और वह लोन नहीं चुका रही है मैं क्या कर सकता हूं

If it is personal loan then the wife and children of the deceased need not repay the same and most of the cases in case of personal loans the Bankers insure the person who borrowed the amount get back the amount from the insurer.

A.You should immediately contact the said bank and intimate them about the refusal of the borrower's wife to pay the said due loan amount hence the bank should consider in your favor for settling the said due loan.
