A.Dear Client,
I am glad that you have admitted your fault.
You have asked few things and I am answering your question one after the other.
1.If you are so busy and can not go to the Court and intend to either pre pone or postpone the Visit, in either case you have to inform them with sufficient reason backed by documentary evidence.
2.Yes, you can ask an Advocate through Vidhikarya.com to represent you on payment of charges of course which will be decidedin consultation with Vidhikarya.com
3.Regarding the Minimum fine, please see what I am writing .In addition to that ask your Advocate to give you the updates.
Fine

A.Dear Sir,
My go through the following.
"My experience, May, 2018 - Caught for drink and drive near khadki.. The police took my license.. Gave me a date to be present at court on 28th May 2018…they charged me under offences like drink and drive and for not producing the RC and Insurance papers.. Where in they never asked me for the papers.. And only took my license…..so here how it goes.. First get a good lawyer.. I got one who was in my contact and the lady did every paper work for me and it was hassle free for me though time consuming… before going to the court.. Get the CR number from the police station (the area in which you were caught)…. There are always 2 different police stations for a particular area.. Regular police station and a traffic police station where you'll only see the traffic cops and there is where they have all your details and CR number stored.. If you were caught for drink and drive… your details are uploaded on this site (Traffic Branch | Pune City Police) including the date you were caught, your name, address, section, vehicle registration number and the reading that was captured in the breathalyzer… once you've got the CR number.. Go to the court.. There is a different court room especially for traffic cases..you can find lawyers standing outside the court room to bait the once caught in drink and drive… they'd normally ask you to pay 1k as their fee.. But you can bargain too if you've got good bargaining skills.. They'd normally not do each and everything.. But they'd only do your paper work and advice you what needs to be done.. Though in my case.. As I knew the lawyer.. She did everything for me and meanwhile I was roaming around and checking out the court and the criminal court cases that were going on(it was my first time in a court so was kinda excited to see how it goes) P. S DON'T JUDGE ME FOR THAT… Though you need not worry if it was first offence as they might only charge you the fine.. I paid 2200 as a fine"
