amazon has ignored my legal notice and now 30 days has completed so now what action should i take after

A.Immediately file a consumer complaint illustrating all the incidents along with the evidences annexing as annexures with the complaint petition and make the CEO of AMAZON the accused party in this case.

If they have ignored your legal notice and it's been over 30 days, you may now file a consumer case against them in your consumer forum through an advocate.

But you can approach consumer forum with your complaint against Amazon against defective goods delivery or deficiency of services.

If ignoring legal notice two times then It may create facts of refusal in the legal dispute and that will be recorded by court in a very serious manner if cognizance taken by court, same may be legally actionable.
Maximum 2 times legal notice is sent on the address. If it is refused then same will be publish in local newspaper as public notice. After that can be bring into the knowledge of the court.
