Regarding Lease amount Regarding Lease amount

Hi,

My owner not returning my money, he keeps on telling like 15 days 20 days it's in the process I am adjusting and all, but I am waiting 17 months even now also telling the same thing.

I have sent him legal notice once, but the lawyer said it's not reached him and returned back.

and moreover, we have some health issues in the family money is very urgent for me and I am explaining my situation along with proof still he's saying I have not arranged it yet, I am trying to arrange it once I get it I will come and will give you.

And he did the same for 4 to 5 people who are staying in the same house, and they are also worried about this.

The owner stays in Palakkad Kerala and the Buildings are Near Begur, Bangalore.

He said I will give you interest because I told him that I have borrowed money for 2rs interest and gave it to you.

could you please suggest to me the best way to get my money back?

Thanks in advance regards,
Gajendra Reddy B

A.You should immediately lodge a suit for injunction along with a suit against such property for recovering the alleged money from the owner before the competent court of law of your local jurisdiction.

A.Hi client,

Approach the Rent control office. They will guide you further. Later a civil suit can also be filed.
You can also inform the local police station for getting your money back.

Thanks and Regards
